This is why I pick the thin ones, I could easily carry Tereza to 8000 feet, Christine to 6000ft!) is something every man should be comfortable doing. And to do so, one must practice, train and drill. When I lived near Red Rocks National Park, I hiked at “altitude” a few times a week. I am finding in Varna I get 20,000+ steps/day, and no longer need to do endurance stuff. I am always moving! Often, inside of a pretty woman!
In Nevada (and California prior) loaded up my backpack with “ruck plates.” And, I got on Turtlehead Peak (6300 feet), a bit wobbly the first few times, but, hey, back then I did not much care if I lived or died.

Although, I still cared about strength. Christine called me the “only suicidal man who insists on organic food and works out 3x a day!” Buy some weights, they are cheap. You might not have a hill around for miles if you live in Kansas. The weights will be compensatory!
I wake up every morning. Sometimes with one or two blonds next to me! Mostly, I want to fuck them both! But, first, push-ups. I developed this habit in the Navy I think, maybe younger. The first thing I do is pushups. In 1980, that might have been well over 200. Today, it is generally 110-125. I feel if I cut it too close to 100, one day it will be 98! That might mean 1911 .45 in the mouth! Yeah, it sucks to do this on very cold mornings. Do it anyway. Tereza, who wakes up early as well, sometimes sits across my back, with no panties on. Inspirational, but then I need to stop, nail her on the couch, and then go back to a fresh set. Grrr. So inconsiderate of her! And, with a baby growing in her, she is a few kilos heavier (maybe 42 kilos instead of 40!).
Go to the gym, every day. When I was working long hours, this had to be 4-5 am for me. You can do a full body weight routine in 20-25 minutes. I had my group of guys I trained with at Lifetime Fitness in Nevada. All in good shape, all un-jabbed. All unmasked. We did not give a fuck, and we did a blitzkrieg circuit routine. Abs/Legs/Chest/Back/Shoulders/Biceps/Triceps. 2-3 sets each exercise, 2-3 exercises max/body part. I lift heavy now because I have so much time, but back then, my goal was no rest ever between sets. I see faggots camp out on machines texting, and tell them to MOVE. Get ballsy.
Avoid Toxins. No vaping. VERY limited alcohol. Eat nutritionally dense foods. Nothing else. Whole house reverse osmosis if you can afford it, if not, very simple to add shower faucet filters that remove chlorine, and some fluorides. Your skin absorbs that shit, and you will regrow hair, without the chlorine. No fast food ever. I don’t give a fuck if it is Chick Fil’A. Eat meat. Make it locally slaughtered if possible, if not, grass fed, organic. Is anything in America really organic, given they can still use certain chemicals, and the water supply ain’t all that great? Not really, but they are measurably better, healthier.
Take only a few supplements, let a homeopathic person guide you on these. I take DHEA, Benfotiamine, zinc and Iodine. When I was cycling, I took boron, vanadium, strontium to harden my bones, so my clavicle wouldn’t break EVERY fucking time I crashed! “AC, don’t put your hands down!” Boom, crash, broken collarbones!
Weightlifting is for bone and muscle density. Hiking for the ability to carry heavy things for long distances (you might have a 7 mile hike out of your fancy neighborhood near Kansas City or Indianapolis. Get used to it NOW!). Something cardio is for your heart, and it need not be the 200 mile bike rides I used to do for 13 hours, nor the marathons some love. Run hard for 3-6 miles, 1-2 times a week. Take a SPIN class, 1-2 a week. Get your HR above 150. Keep it there a bit.
Was going to add, “fuck as many women as possible.” However, I used to be an upright, righteous and slightly less degenerate, faithful husband, and my wife, no longer demands that! But, FUCK! Going years without female contact, or the spiritual connection of a woman, is bad for us men. While I was faithful, and with Christine going through a late menopause, the lack of sex was KILLING ME! But, at least she still cuddled at night. Do NOT fuck hookers, do not wank to porn. You only make a kike smile (and richer) if you do that. My wife has given me free reign to fuck any pretty woman who is still fertile (and unjabbed!). If you legitimately have “no decent women near me,” move. You can always work, or develop a new career somewhere more suitable. I was in awe, of how much better for guys like us, Eastern Europe can be. Of all the Nations I have visited, my vote goes to Romania, and Moldova. Not paradise, but really nice girls are there. And, some of them while shockingly beautiful, act like decent 5/6 level girls once did in The West.
America has had a full court “unhealthy milieu for White Males” jewish press on it for about 60 years. No shit you can’t find “good ones” there. America, is not the only place you can live.
Even if you are 300 lbs now, do my lifestyle for 3 months, you will drop weight, feel great. Do it for a year, you will have women who desire you, and I can tell you, that is a great feeling. Contagious too. Women want men, other women want. They are not sugar and spice either. They do not want “nice guys,” no matter how many times they say they do! They think about sex more than us, and can get it basically anytime, anywhere, for free. Be a Man.
Was married and faithful for 34 of my 35 years. We both, unburdened ourselves. She had lost her sex drive thanks to estrogen clobbering progesterone. Be creative, but make sure you really trust each other. That takes time, don’t do it in the first year of your marriage! Hahahaha, I was nailing Christine 3x a day the first year, spit roasting her. That fades. Replace it with something.
I know monogomy is highly prized, but if it is bringing neither of you any pleasure, and depriving our Race of white children. Go to a Greek nude beach! Since March, I’ve had Tereza, her Mom, the girl on the beach in Crete, my new gym girl Irina here in Varna, almost nailed Hana, a few months back, did not because I respect that Tereza hates her (but this is changing!)! I left out yoga, because despite the fact I did yoga in Colorado Springs years ago with two special forces guys, some of you think it is for faggots. It helps me spiritually, and an incredible amount physically. Choose ashtanga or Dharma (ashtanga with tons of inversions!) yoga, you will not think it is for pussies after a few weeks! It also tends to attract gorgeous, sexually open women. A bit Leftist, but you can fix that. If you can find infrared panels in a nice yoga room, GO! Very much a toxin remover. Did not get in to heavy metal chelation protocols, but goes without saying, avoid conventional, allopathic medicine and dentistry. There are healthy healers in both. Biological Dentists.
